An Account Manager on the Dish Alliance Management team is responsible for collaborating with our third party partner call centers and acting as a singular point of contact to communicate business changes, managing their performance, and strengthening our overall strategic relationship. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with key call center leaders from both our telco and broadband partners. They will be responsible for driving incremental and material improvements to sales performance and supporting KPIs as well as the following:
RESPONSIBILITES
Execute the overall strategy through working cross-functionally with site leadership and partner representatives.
Achieves or exceeds assigned sales quota in designated strategic account(s)
Achieves or exceeds strategic key performance indicators defined by internal departmental and company’s goals
Creates and details overall and sales channel specific strategic plans to C level management
Maintains high partnership customer satisfaction through facilitation of account manager’s day-to-day support activities
Conduct research and analysis in support of identifying opportunities with site or sales channel
Develop and maintain competitive information on the market including product offerings, strengths/weaknesses, and current news and trends.
Develop formal business cases to support tactical approach with assigned partner
A successful Account Manager will have the following:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, 3 years related experience, or combination of education and experience
Demonstrated success in networking at entry and middle management levels with strong relationship management skills
Ability to deliver training presentations to adult learners and respond to questions from large groups
Experience of identifying trends and developing creative and innovative customer-centric solutions
The ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals and/or technical procedures
Quantitative analytical abilities including expertise using Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of telecommunications industry development preferable
Ability to travel up to 50%
