What you will be doing

We are seeking an Integration Management Office (IMO) Project Manager to help solve the business, operational, compliance and legal issues surrounding current and future wireless brand integration as we launch our new brand. The successful candidate will identify gaps and drive decisions rooted in data, while engaging, collaborating and communicating across the enterprise to deliver on initiatives. He or she will support the development of policies that focus on quality customer experience by minimizing, identifying and eliminating financial risks; In this role, you will:

Coach business units through analysis and documentation that includes requirements, risks, issues, project schedule and meeting agendas;
Manage the development and implementation of cross-functional teams and services focused on delivering new or existing projects;
Assemble teams, assign individual responsibilities, identify appropriate resources and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects;
Monitor budgets and spending, often responsible for guiding lower-level employees concerning organizational methods;
Collaborate with legal teams to create contracts for new partners. 

Skills and Experience

Ideal IMO Project Manager candidate have:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and three to five years of relevant experience;
Ability to leverage communication skills effectively across every level of the company, particularly with C-suite executives to establish reputation as subject matter expert;
Experience facilitating technical meetings and collaborating with others to brainstorm and implement valuable solutions;
IT background, including working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies and project and release management;
Proficiency in Google Suite products, Microsoft Office, Visio, etc.
