Purpose:
IT infrastructure business support primarily for budget (LPE's and LRP's) and project (RCE, ordering, actuals, forecast) support.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for compliance with applicable IT and Divisional Policies and procedures.
* Provide input to plans/updates LRP's and LBE's for review by the leadership team.
* Close collaboration with all Project- and Program Managers, creating, reviewing, submitting, and maintaining all Infrastructure related RCE's, in line with approved budgets and in compliance with the underlying processes and policies.
* Manage and reconcile annual actuals versus forecast.
* Continuous update and review of project financials.
* Conducts training.
* Uses appropriate tools to collect, correlate and analyze data; develop operating and instruction manuals.
* Determines approach and solution to problem when issue is within scope of own ability. Develops solutions to problems where casual relationships can be identified, and precedents exist.
* Applies analytical thinking skills to diagnose and make recommendations on processes and procedures. Incorporates knowledge of business and technology to make recommendations.
* Identifies business/system needs and recommends solutions.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills are required. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

* Bachelor's degree with 4 years experience; Master's degree with 2 years experience. Experience in combined business, administration experience, preferably in a technical environment.
