Position Summary
Collaborate with Center of Excellence leaders and human resources business partners to understand key business initiatives, analytics needs, and reporting needs to support HR strategies. Lead team through cross-functional projects and support company priorities to develop methods and processes that provide relevant and actionable insights with a focus on simplification. Partner with the broader Corporate Human Resources team to help ensure that the company has the business intelligence required to execute the business strategy, today and into the future. Essential Job Functions

* Work closely with corporate leadership of Human Resources and Centers of Excellence to understand and lead enterprise reporting and analytics strategies that support business priorities designed to create insights that drive strategies and inspire leaders to act
* Create alignment on initiatives and projects to help maintain clarity of desired outcomes
* Ensure key stakeholders are updated and apprised of deliverables, timelines and opportunities/challenges
* Gather and share information to foster communication and build relationships between division associates, leadership and project managers
* Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to set priorities, ensure key deliverables are met, and direct work teams on methods of executing training initiatives
* Establish and maintain professional relationships with leadership and associates to understand, summarize and define analytic processes for the Centers of Excellence and Human Resources
* Evaluate and share analysis results; identify ineffective methods/strategies and recommend organizational solutions that enhance the associate experience and improve key performance metrics
* Partner to design and automate reporting, including the development of automated dashboards
* Partner with leader to develop data driven strategies and key people metrics to satisfy needs of COE leader and HR business partner
* Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports

Minimum Position Qualifications

* 5+ years data analysis experience
* Advanced analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills
* Ability to synthesize complex data and analytics into visually appealing, easy to understand reporting
* Working knowledge of data systems
* Proven ability to facilitate/translate business requirements into solutions
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with all organizational levels
* Strong skills in leadership, interpersonal relationship building and development of others
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders/peer groups
* Experience successfully identifying, adopting and leading change initiatives
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-stress atmosphere
* Ability to preserve confidentiality of sensitive information
* Ability to work within established time frames
* Advanced skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* High degree of organizational savvy; comfort working with all levels of the organization

Desired Previous Experience/Education

* Bachelor's Degree in business or technology
* Understanding of Human Resources Strategies and the People Plan Initiatives
* Working knowledge of HR data systems
* Experience with data analysis using broad sets of complex data
* Experience interacting with company leaders
