Job Description

As the Director, Strategy Planning & Measurement, you will provide strategic and tactical planning and measurement for Enterprise Services. Responsible for tracking, analyzing and reporting of complex financial or operational measures used to determine operational performance, staffing needs, productivity, trends, or other measurements deemed valuable to an organization. Collaborate with senior leaders and other strategy and planning managers to develop and improve measurements of business as well as to create solutions to problems that span the organization. Sponsor projects that drive change across the enterprise. Develop methods to measure effectiveness of all implemented programs. Direct management responsibility for Enterprise Services project managers.

Responsibilities:

* Provides strategic and tactical planning/direction to highest levels within own function or department. Presents recommendations to senior leadership.
* Supports the development of a 3-5 year strategic roadmap that guides the development of clear and actionable plans for Enterprise Services.
* Develops methods to measure effectiveness/impact of all implemented programs across different functional areas.
* Develops and maintains executive dashboards including KPIs' and benchmarks across all operations (i.e., effectiveness of work environment, SLA adherence, budget adherence, staff utilization, etc.)
* Collaborates with leaders at all levels to incorporate 'data driven thinking' broadly into their operations in order to improve measurements of business and employee performance as well as to create solutions to significant problems.
* Owns the overall product backlog and provides guidance to product owners on the scrum teams that comprise the complete effort.
* Uses the overall backlog to coordinate the work of product teams, through each team`s product owner.
* Provides leadership to agile product teams and has direct managerial responsibilities for Product Owners.
* Champions Agile development methodology transformation across the company through contribution to Agile education initiatives and communicating agile principles to executive audiences.
Qualifications:
* MBA preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic business planning or strategy consulting.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in an analytically driven environment.
* Proven ability to build relationships across the enterprise and influence executives and leaders at all levels.
* Experience with external measurement benchmarking and implementing structure for best in class methodologies that have impact across different functional areas.
* Experience interpreting survey strategy, related data analysis, and turning response data into actionable behavior at all levels of an organization.
* Excellent communication skills; highly creative; flexibility in dealing with changing corporate priorities; excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills are required
