Manpower is recruiting an efficient, responsible Bakery associate/production crew associate with excellent organizational skills that enjoy working in a fast paced environment. The baker is responsible for mixing and preparing doughs and shaping it according to each product that is to be made, placing it onto the pans or sheets that will then be placed in the oven for baking. Other duties of a baker include gathering ingredients to measure and mix them, operating the ovens, slicers and packaging machines and keeping all production and post production equipment clean and sanitized. The baker needs to follow all safety guidelines when operating equipment. This position requires the employee to be responsible, be a team player, have a commitment to excellence, a good attitude, and to be able to work at a fast pace in accordance to when the doughs and breads are ready.
