Position: Customer Service

Location: Scottsdale

Schedule:

* Tuesday 9:30am-7:30pm (1 hour lunch)

* Wednesday 9:30am-7:30pm (1 hour lunch)

* Thursday 9:30am-5:30pm (1 hour lunch)

* Friday 6:30am-2:30pm (1/2 hour lunch)

* Saturday 6:30am-2:30pm (1/2 hour lunch)

Paying $15.00 hourly, with 8% differential pay increase when working on a Saturday or Sunday

Must have updated resume showing minimum of 1 year of experience in similar field or Customer Service

Job Duties: This individual will be responsible for greeting donors as they come into the blood drive but will also need to recruit donors when needed. Someone with customer service experience history is needed but also someone who can handle a bit of sales/rebooking donor's next appointment. We do have goals and standards this position will need to strive to achieve. Must be comfortable using a computer or an iPad for a few basic applications.
