Overview
The Employee Identity Access Management team is looking for a Senior Information Security Operations Analyst to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role
In this internal client-facing position, you will:
Look at everything through the eyes of the customer and see their needs. Partner with internal application support teams to support their onboarding journey to our now Hashicorp vaulting solution, help solve problems, and deliver solutions.
Look for complementary functionalities or services that can also help the customer and collaborate with our engineering team for tooling enhancements
Perform daily application operations in an agile team
Implements, documents and maintains security procedures, and supports security impact of implementing new technologies, articulating issues to management
Performs security reporting, and addresses escalated or high-risk security issues
Ensuring compliance needs are met
All About You
Intermediate platform knowledge like Linux/Unix and Windows
Intermediate IT Security experience
Intermediate Customer Experience
Knowledge of Python/Jenkins pipeline/Devcloud and Splunk desired
Advanced Agile practioner desired
