Job Description
In this role, you will implement and execute the US Strategic Agenda within assigned Profit Center to deliver the short- and long-term sales and profit results of each restaurant -- through people development and improved restaurant operations. As an Operations Manager, you will provide leadership, coaching and strategic direction to their entire McOpCo team! The role consistently demonstrates McDonald's values and leadership behaviors to build positive business relationships with key customers including Director of Operations, Area Supervisors, Restaurant Leadership Team, Crew, and Customers.

Principal Accountabilities

In addition to following McDonalds policies and procedures, principle accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

* People
* QSC / Sales Building
* Business Results

This position will be based in the Rockford, IL and Wisconsin markets.

Qualifications
Requirements for the Operations Manager position include field QSR/retail experience along with multi-unit experience preferred.
