Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 9:30PM-6:30AM
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and conduct team meetings, training sessions, and other events to communicate clear goals to your team.
Aid in supervising the day to day operations of the department ensuring that customer expectations and performance metrics are met or exceeded.
Throughput the inbound processing, productivity and accuracy standards of receiving, put-away, and overall departmental operational functionality.
Using various systems to clear inbound errors and issues.
Train employees in all inbound functions according to Company procedures.
Monitor work for inbound operations and achieve all objectives while striving to proactively communicating improvement goals.
Maintain accurate inventory levels and meet compliance controls.
Ability to use and train on RF equipment.
Scheduling inbound shipments and coordinating unloading of product.
Crosstrain in all inbound/Inventory processes
Ability to operate Power Industrial Equipment is a plus (i.e., Order Pick, Stand-up Forklift, Reach Truck, Walkie Rider.)
Supports other activities and projects as assigned by management.
Keep warehouse area clean, neat and organized
Qualifications:
* Typical Minimum Qualifications
* Typically requires 2+ years of related experience
* HS Diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual A Plus
Critical Skills
* 2 + years experience operating a Reach Truck and/or Stockr Picker warehouse experience preferred
* Proficient in English - bilingual preferred
* Ability to execute Covid 19 Safety Protocols
* Good Safety Management skills
* Good Time Management Skills
* High energy, motivated, and promotes a positive team environment
* Good communication skills with the ability to speak with individuals to clearly explain each process effectively
* Passion and commitment to the success of our team and individual
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* High degree of flexibility needed, in order to meet challenges of working in a high intensity environment with constantly changing priorities
* Must be capable of working independently and self-directed with minimal oversight from management
* Good critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Must be able to operate the Power Industrial Equipment as needed and maintain appropriate certification. (I.e., Order Pick, Stand-up Forklift, Reach Truck, Walkie Rider.)
Physical Requirements:

* Position includes standing, sitting, walking in a warehouse environment.
* Must be able to carry and operate a laptop at times.
* Must be willing to work various hours in a 24/7 warehouse
Education:
* HS Diploma or equivalent
