Current Need:
We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Specialist to join the Prescription Automation Team supporting our customers.
This is a remote work from home opportunity, with up to 25% travel on a national basis.
Position Description:
The Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of the business relationship with MPA (McKesson Prescription Automation) customers. Act as both the internal and external customer liaison, serving as the customer sponsor, including monitoring and supporting all activity through the appropriate part of our organization and escalating customer issues quickly if problems are not being addressed sufficiently.
* Acts as the customer advocate in MPA.
* Model high customer service qualities. Monitors customer NPS score and coordinates with business to survey customers yearly.
* Enhance relationships with existing strategic MPA customers to help drive retention and satisfaction.
* Handles multiple roles including project management, technical consulting and change management.
* Well versed in developing and supporting the relationship between McKesson Prescription Automation and the customer at multiple levels, including both operational and executive contacts.
* Assisting the customer in maximizing their MPA system they currently use and working with the customer to identify areas of need where additional modules may enhance attainment of their business goals.
* Navigate and maintain relationships with other internal business units for strategic McKesson customers.
* Facilitates weekly/monthly status meetings with customers and travel to customers site twice a year.
* Work with the portfolio management teams to include customers in the voice of the customer work sessions. Serve as a key consultant for product management on planning and coordinating new feature functionality as well as prioritizing customer requests.
* Assists in leadership of the MPA User Group meetings and sales presentations.
* Develops content for quarterly business reviews and coordinates across internal MPA teams and other McKesson business units.
* Pulls and analyzes customer specific data to drive customer satisfaction, improve system efficiency and enable new features and functionality.
* Works and coordinates on complex customer issues that require broad and extensive system knowledge to drive resolution while maintaining a positive customer experience. Manages the root cause analysis process for customers.
* Establish routine communication with customers, support and account teams to develop and execute strategies to better meet customer expectations and to ensure collaboration & teamwork across departments.
* Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of customer information within internal systems.
Minimum Requirements
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of account management/client services, healthcare or relevant experience.
Critical Skills
* Advanced communication, negotiation, conflict resolution and influencing capabilities.
* Prior experience working with IT systems and/or technical support.
* Strong negotiation, client management and customer service skills. Ability to manage complex tasks and multiple projects.
* Excellent interpersonal/relationship building skills including the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
Additional Knowledge & Skills
* Advanced leadership and general management skills.
* Ability to apply business acumen with strong tactical planning to strategic objectives.
* MS Office Products with a strong emphasis on Excel and Power Point.
* JIRA Experience
* Experience with reporting and data analysis
* Experience with SQL preferred
* Knowledge of healthcare industry and demonstrate an understanding of the industry drivers and trends that are impacting customers.
* Candidate must be a team player, detail oriented and should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail and organizational skills are critical.
* Candidates should have initiative, the ability to work independently and meet specific deadlines.
Education
4 -year degree in business, information technology/science or related field or equivalent experience.

Target Compensation: $70,700.00 - $94,200.00 - $117,700.00 USD annual
