In this highly visible role as a Senior CAD Engineer in Microns Non-Volatile Engineering Group, you will utilize your hands-on experience in the development and maintenance of our Calibre DRC/LVS rules sets. These advanced flows will be utilized by our engineers worldwide. You will work cross-functionally with Layout Engineers and Process Integration Engineers when implementing and defining new process node files.

Successful candidates for this position will have:

* 5-10 years of direct CAD and physical verification rule set development experience
* A Bachelor degree or Master degree is a plus
* Knowledge of Parasitic Extraction would be a plus.
* Drive to learn, curiosity, determination, optimism, and creativity
* Excellent communications and debugging skills
* Knowledge of Cadence Environment
* Good knowledge of CMOS circuit and deep submicron physical design, as well as CMOS process manufacturing and layout rules
