As a Photolithography Process and Equipment Engineering Manager at MTV you will ensure a safe working environment for all team members. You will be responsible for leading a highly skilled group of engineers consisting of leaders and ICs to own escalated tactical issues and build pro-active solutions to elevate and drive performance to the Fab Key Performance Indicators.

Responsibilities and Tasks

* Optimize area performance to align with Fab 6s Business Plan, Strategies and Goals
* Lead, measure and monitor projects to ensure work and timelines are met
* Collaborate to reach BIC in Quality, Cost, Scale and Cycle Time
* Set strategy to exceed business plan and adjust strategy when needed
* Execute top priorities with speed
* Support manufacturing organization every day
* Implement continuous improvement activities to reduce defects, improve process capability, increase capacity, improve equipment reliability and ease of maintenance, perform to budget and reduce cost
* Work with NPI team to proactively meet the needs of all new parts integration
* Measure and reduce manufacturing and equipment variation in the area, with total quality mentality
* Coordinate with Process Engineering, Planning and Fac on new tool purchases and qualification
* Recruit top-caliber members for the team, for each individual provide development goals and learning opportunities to improve including technical and interpersonal skills
* Ensure your area has succession plans for all key positions
* Promote Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) as well as Growth Mentality in our work environment
* Encourage and enforce safe behavior through periodic communications and the performance management process.
* Review and respond to reports from supervisory, EHSS staff and auditors.
* Maintain area procedures and training required to ensure legal compliance and conformance to management system.
* Champion Micron vision, mission and values as well as rules and systems for a highly focused organization
* Engage and collaborate with central teams and other manufacturing sites for mutual benefit
* Engage equipment vendors for improved equipment performance and reduced cost of ownership
* Provide area goals and review those goals regularly with team members

Qualifications

* Knowledge or Experience with Chemical process specific to lithography, including materials for 365, 248, and 193nm lithography
* Knowledge or experience with Photolithography modeling and simulation software is a plus
* Experience developing and implementing CD and Reg equipment and control schemes
* Understanding of optics including the principles and application of immersion lithography, polarized illumination, and low k1 imaging
* Understanding of material properties and characterization techniques of lithography
* The candidates must be in an existing M1 role and have relevant expertise in Photolithography
* 7 years semiconductor experience in technical/engineering management role
* Proficient at leading and directing all shift operations, covering both equipment/process and manufacturing fields
* Excellent command and decision-making skills
* Is motivated and highly passionate about delivering results through preparation, partnership, and proven execution
* A record of performance excellence for current position and be recognized as having demonstrated successful leadership characteristics both in present and past.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and see them to conclusion based on a given timeline
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills
* Working knowledge of the other functional areas in the Fab
