Department Overview
Our organization is focused on business to business customers who include state and local entities, federal government agencies, authorized channel partners, and resellers. The responsibility of the Outbound marketing call center is to drive top of funnel lead development though various marketing campaigns.
Job Description
This is a flexible part-time position perfect for individuals currently going to school. Minimum of 20 hours a week with a maximum of 30 hours a week. Normal Business hours Monday through Friday with Morning schedules being preferred. Compensation is $13.00 dollars an hour.
Job Responsibilities
* Agents day to day responsibilities will predominantly consist of placing outbound phone calls to prospects .
* Primary objective of the phone call is to generate and qualify leads that then get sent to the appropriate sales teams.
* Agents will be expected to maximise the number of interactions an hour to generate as many leads as possible.
* Agents are also expected to log information on every phone call as well as make sure that the current Motorola CRM database is updated properly.
General Knowledge, Skills, And Requirements
* High school degree or equivalent required
* Active listening and consultative selling skills
* Strong verbal communication skills
* Multi-tasking skills, agents must be able to manage multiple systems and applications while on phone calls with customers.
* Accurately Update applicable information in company CRM system
* Maintain Departmental/Organizational service levels
* Confidence in making outbound phone calls to potential customers
* Self-motivated
* Observation and researching skills
* Exceptional interpersonal skills
Basic Requirements
* High school degree or equivalent required
* 6+ months experience in customer service or sales
* Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer
