JOB SUMMARY
A sales support assistant is responsible for providing support to the sales and business development teams assisting in helping grow our company by assisting in improving our sales processes and productivity globally.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Work with global sales teams to provide PowerPoints, spreadsheets, and documentation
* Responsible for creating and maintaining searches and results for each market from two lead generation platforms
* Tradeshow coordinator assisting the business unit in all aspects of the tradeshow program
* Create and update existing publications responsible for keeping all materials current and accessible, internally.
* Maintain photo /video library
* Assist with market research
* Assist inside sales/customer services, manufacturing reps and distributors with questions/project
* Other duties as required
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, excel)
* Strong attention to detail with time management and decision-making skills
* Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment; self-directed and able to prioritize responsibilities, providing precise attention to detail
* Project management experience a plus
