Sales Operations is looking for a certified Salesforce Administrator who is passionate about putting the customer first along with supporting company policies and procedures.
The perfect candidate has certifications with Salesforce, years of experience, love learning new things, and moving fast.
Job summary:
* Oversee Salesforce implementation and administration tasks for declarative projects.
* Creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards
* Conduct Salesforce administration tasks to support day-to-day operations, including management of user accounts and permissions, generation of reports/dashboards, workflow management, and data management.
* Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help-related materials
* Confident, innovative thinking, and a strong sense of initiative
* Flexible and adaptive, able to work across multiple simultaneous projects
* Team oriented and collaborative approach in working across teams
* Curious and committed to personal development
Qualifications:
* 5 + years of experience with Salesforce administration (including managing users; building reports, dashboards, etc.)
* Salesforce certification: Administrator, Advanced Administrator
* Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Communities and Lightning experience preferred
