As part of Nike Direct Digital Commerce Operations, we unite teams to flawlessly deliver only Nike consumer experiences, moments, and commercial results through one integrated digital offense. Within this is our North America Gift Cards team, an end-to-end business function tasked with delivering premium gifting services and experiences across the NA marketplace. Our team owns and manages the entire gift cards operational lifecycle, from planning and concepting, to production and vendor management, to marketing and merchandising.

Who are we looking for

We are seeking a highly motivated, operations-savvy executor to join our team as Gift Cards Specialist!

This role supports our Operations, Marketing, and Strategic Partnerships work tracks by spearheading project management, navigating internal partner and external vendor relationships, and implementing marketing plans that maximize the impact of gift cards in both the Nike Direct and wholesale marketplaces.

An ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects from beginning to end, and balancing planned work streams with the immediate needs of the business. This person is solution oriented, owning and completing projects independently and on time. He or she will bring strong verbal and written communication, across both our core team and partner relationship. This individual is a self-starter, diligent, takes pride in their work, and is steadfast in breaking through obstacles.

In total, were looking for someone who brings a mix of operational, strategic, and creative prowess. A strong operator is desired, with a proactive attention to detail and a competitive spirit to get the job done above expectations.

What will you work on

The Gift Cards Specialist will own and execute the logistical details of our program including production, inventory management, and communication with partners in Digital, Nikes store fleet, and our wholesale strategic partners. Youll partner on both long-term, complex projects and short-term business needs anything from bi-yearly production runs, to merchandising management, to digital capabilities development, to administrative business support. Youll develop positive relationships with vendors, ensuring timelines, costs, and quality expectations are met. Success will involve identifying inefficiencies and driving to implement solutions in partnership with the broader gift card team.

Who will you work with

Youll partner across Nike and externally with vendors working with teammates in Digital Operations, Consumer Services, Marketing and Brand, Digital Product & Tech, and other functions. Relationship development will be critical in this role, as reaching goals will be dependent on partnership and collaboration across Nikes cross-functional landscape.
