Who we are looking for:

The Nike Retail Concepts Team is responsible for driving the future of retail through the creation of new, innovative, and scalable omnichannel retail formats for consumers across the globe.

The Program Manager for Nike Live is responsible for facilitating the cross-functional Concept Development process inclusive of planning, timing & key delivery dates, budget, and status updates from development to execution.

We seek a candidate who will be the main point of contact for Global Functional partners for Concept Development status, new store backlogs and documentation. You are responsible to ensure Concept documentation is organized and up to date in team folders. You are a critical thought partner to the Cross-Concept Portfolio Management team to drive improvements to a consistent concept development process across Concepts. You are the communications leader for our working team, clearly communicating meeting agendas, meeting recaps and governance for our teams.

What you will work on

* Adapt and facilitate the Concept Development process from workback to execution across functions
* Lead concept development workback schedule and project dates & gates
* Source of truth for status on all Concept Dev workstreams
* Responsible for proactive meeting agendas and prompt meeting recaps with key decisions and next steps
* Long term, continuous improvement cycle of our Concepts & capabilities

Who you will work with:

This individual will report directly to the Sr. Director of Retail Concepts for Nike Live. You will be working closely with the Business Director of Nike Live as well as a cross-functional detail of retail experts including Retail Design, Nike Direct merchandising, Nike Direct Marketing, Services & Experiences, Operations, Real Estate, Finance, and Geography Partners.

What you bring to our team:

We seek a candidate with the following:

* 4+ years in Retail or Program/Process Management
* Excellent verbal and written skills
* Strong attention to detail and proactive communicator
* Experience partnering across functions
* Meeting and team strategy facilitation
* Proficient in Smartsheets and Excel
* Keynote and presentation experience; ability to pull ideas together in a compelling way
* Passion for consumer experience, inquisitive nature and retail industry knowledge preferred
