Description
Oversees the processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment
- Responsible for generating and implementing continuous improvement projects working with Programs, Contracts and Mission Assurance to create an atmosphere of customer service
- Adjusts shipping schedules to re-prioritize workload to meet the daily demands
- Coordinates with packaging engineers for special containers and packing requirements
- Supervises employees and maintain the accuracy of MES time charging on a daily basis
- Assists everyone who has shipping related questions for quick problem resolution
- Assist with implementation of Lean Manufacturing environment
- Ability to interact with Union personnel

Qualification
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor 39;s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, including related experience in transportation or manufacturing, or supply chain
- Minimum of 1 years of managerial or people leadership experience
- Proficiency with MS Office applications and SAP
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
