The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: supporting a fast-paced high profile program; create, maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers. Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Experience in personnel and program security, with knowledge of implementing a multi-disciplined security program (access, physical security, OPSEC, security education etc...). Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigates security incidents and prepares reports specifying full details (who, what, when, why, where) and the preventive action to be taken. Meticulous record keeping and responsible for accurate data input into multiple databases/spreadsheets.
This position can be filled at an entry or principal level.
Qualification
Basic Qualifications (Industrial Security Analyst):
* Candidate must have and be able to maintain an active U.S. Government security clearance at the Top Secret level with a background investigation date within 6 years, OR must have and be able to maintain an active U.S. Government SCI access with a current Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI - 6 years).
* 3 years of security experience (personnel security, physical security, industrial security) or related with Bachelors; or 1 year of security or related with Masters; an additional 4 years of applied experience may be substituted for Bachelor 39;s degree.
Basic Qualifications (Principal Industrial Security Analyst):
* Candidate must have and be able to maintain an active U.S. Government security clearance at the Top Secret level with a background investigation date within 6 years, OR must have and be able to maintain an active U.S. Government SCI access with a current Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI - 6 years).
* 6 years of security (personnel security, physical security, industrial security) or related with Bachelors; or 4 years of security or related with Masters; an additional 4 years of applied experience may be substituted for Bachelor 39;s degree.
* Organized and efficient at time management.
* Computer and desktop office software products experience (Word, Excel etc...)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) experience.
* Self-starter with minimal supervision.
* SIMs database experience.
* DCID 6/4 eligibility in JPAS/DISS.
* Personnel and Program Security Experience.
* Familiarity with DoD 5205.07 manuals.
* Ability to display tact, discretion and diplomacy in a variety of program areas.
* Ability to excel in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
* Excellent communication skills, speaking, writing skills and organizational skills enabling effective communications.
