Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Systems Test Engineer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Melbourne, Florida.

Essential Functions:
bull; Reviewing, interpreting and analyzing formal and informal requirements
bull; Creating Test Plans and Procedures that acknowledge technical and schedule constraints
bull; Executing Test Procedures to ensure requirements compliance
bull; Supporting development, integration, and execution of test pass/fail quantitative metrics
bull; Performing troubleshooting as required
bull; Documenting Test results and creating Test Reports as needed
bull; Writing Defects and Software discrepancies
bull; Performing Component to Component Integration

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:
bull; Bachelor rsquo;s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics STEM discipline from an accredited university and 2+ years of experience in systems, integration and test environments.
bull; Experience integrating and testing software subsystems systems
bull; An active Inscope DoD Secret clearance
bull; This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance as well as Program Special Access and SCI within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs

Preferred Qualifications:
bull; Bachelor rsquo;s or Master rsquo;s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
bull; Experience with integrating software and hardware
bull; Experience with automation
bull; Experience with linux unix operating systems
bull; Experience with Agile software development and Atlassian tools: JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, Nexus, Fisheye, etc
bull; An active, In-scope DoD Secret or Top Secret security clearance with SCI
