Our B-2 Engineering Services Team is seeking several a Principle Liaison Engineers to join their diverse team at the Ogden Utah location. The Engineering Services Team will be working closely with our supply chain team to provide support for the B-2 Tailpipe Full Fleet Replacement effort. The Principle Liaison Engineer will have the opportunity to evaluate and resolve engineering related production problems related to manufacturing, design, quality and material engineering as it related to the B-2 Tailpipe assemblies. Analyzes engineering specifications and drawings; confers with quality, material, manufacturing and subcontractors to provide and obtain technical information; investigates reports of defective, damaged or malfunctioning parts, assemblies, equipment or systems; and reviews production schedules and orders. Examines, measures, inspects or tests defective parts for conformance. Evaluates findings to formulate corrective actions.
Job duties:
* Review subcontractor drawings and specifications required to manufacture Tailpipe Fleet Replacement parts for producibility and submit Request for Change/Information (RC/Is) as required.
* Participate in Change Control Boards reviews and advise on Drawing Updates.
* Responsible for submitting individual subcontractor technical packages.
* Engineering support for Red Line Change Control and Material Review Board (MRB) activities to support production of end items within the required system configuration.
* Provide individual subcontractor Liaison Engineering interface to the Systems Engineering Lead for coordination with the Program Management teams and other IPT leads.
* Other general engineering support/meetings for procurement and production activities

Qualification
* BS Degree in engineering related field of study with a minimum of 5 years rsquo; of directly related work experience or MS in engineering related field of study with 3 years rsquo; of directly related work experience
* Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain SSBI Clearance upon start date
* Ability to analyze engineering specifications and drawings and confer with quality material, manufacturing and subcontractors to provide and obtain technical information
* Ability to investigate reports of defective, damaged or malfunctioning parts, assemblies,
equipment or systems; and reviews production schedules and orders. Includes
examining, measuring, inspecting or testing defective parts for conformance
* Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD SSBI Clearance and Program Access
* Ability to obtain/maintain access to work at the required facility
Preferred Qualifications:
* Possess knowledge of metallic/composite materials manufacturing processes and an additional broad range of aerospace commodities
* Experience in support of standardized laboratory material property testing
* Current/previous B-2 Security Clearance
* Demonstrate understanding and be able to apply the technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques related to Logistics disciplines to include Product Support and Technical Documentation use and development
* Understanding of government aircraft maintenance and supply processes/systems
* Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS 9100, AS9102 Industry/Aerospace Standards is a plus
