What's the role?

Were looking for a backend engineer to help build out new capabilities that focus on providing a world-class experience for our Money Movement platform. You will have the opportunity to help build the platform and services using modern tools and technologies in order to get the job done. As a software engineer, you will work in an agile and innovative environment, solving complex problems and collaborating with architects and other engineers to deliver the platform.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

* Applies engineering standard methodologies in order to analyze and develop software solutions.
* Develops software using established development and continuous integration practices.
* Utilizes established monitoring and automation processes.
* Conducts code evaluations.
* Participates in setting team standards and best practices.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
* Familiarity using continuous integration and deployment concepts
* 2+ years of development experience in modern programming languages such as Java, C, C++, Node, or Python.
* Experience building robust and easy to consume RESTful APIs
* Strong technical skills
* Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and ideas and think like a business user
* Can communicate clearly to the business
