Summary:

The Warehouse Associate is a responsible for helping with inventory management, sales fulfillment, customer service and product testing.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Ability to perform all warehouse activities including but not limited to the following:

Inventory Management

Responsible for receiving of all shipments from vendors and customers (procurement from China)
Responsible for storing and organizing of all inventory items
Responsible for inspecting the quality of items upon receiving and prior to shipping
Maintain inventory
Participate in physical inventory counts
Operation of Material Handling Equipment forklifts, pallet jacks, pickers, etc.
Organization of warehouse storage

Sales Fulfillment

Responsible for arranging shipping for all customer orders (both B2C and B2B)
Responsible for notifying customers of shipment status
Answer phones and emails concerning order status

Assist Product Development

Track all product returns
Assist Product Development diagnosis returned products
Assist Product Development with product testing

Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirement:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent, required
Warehouse Experience preferred; positive attitude, solid work ethic and demonstrated history of team work required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Forklift experience a plus

Additional Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Problem solver with good communication skills
Time management skills
Mathematical skills to account for inventory
Very good attention to detail with proven accuracy
Great organization skills
Must be able to read and speak English

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Regularly required to be in one position, standing and/or sitting for extended periods of time; to use hands to handle, or feel; to constantly lift and move heavy objects (approx. 75 lbs); and to traverse throughout the warehouse.
Frequently required to reach, stoop, crouch or crawl to retrieve objects to fulfill product orders.

Working Conditions:

Warehouse Environment where temperatures and noise levels vary.
Position located in Bluffdale, UT no relocation available.
