As the Aftermarket Purchasing Program Analyst, you will have the opportunity to learn about and support the aftermarket business and to develop analytics tools focused on delivering the highest value to both internal and external customers. Job Functions / Responsibilities

* Develop and implement improved aftermarket processes to increase teams efficiency.
* Develop robust data dashboards to support negotiations and goal attainment.
* Support Commodity Managers and Assistant Directors with all aspects of supplier business awards.
* Support development of commodity strategies and suppliers. Travel to suppliers might be necessary.
* Assist with development of supplier contracts and agreements when needed.
* Support activities to drive improved supplier performance.
* Perform duties including root cause analysis of Purchase Order/Invoice discrepancies; preparation of quarterly supplier scorecards; goal tracking and cost alignment reviews.
* Conduct meetings and formal presentations with suppliers and PACCAR Parts personnel.
* Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

* Excellent organizational skills, attention to details ad multitasking ability
* Purchasing or related experience preferred
* Strong analytical skills ( Access, Power Point, Excel, Tableau preferred)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Creative, self-motivated quality and results-driven work ethic
* Able to travel

Education

Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
