PayPal is seeking a strong Executive Assistant to support the VP of Global Accounts and the VP of Global Business Development within our Sales organization. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing complex calendars for both executives, and own end-to-end processes for both business units (travel, expenses, team events, etc.). This would include but not be limited to: assisting with scheduling large or complex meetings with potential clients and partners, managing full logistics for all events and completing tasks related to internal processes (Workday, Ariba, Concur).

Job Requirements:
* Handle highly confidential information appropriately while operating in a certain degree of ambiguity
* Must have a can-do attitude that focuses on getting the job done and problem solving as necessary
* Strong ability to prioritize & multi-task; intuitive gatekeeper regarding calendar management
* Proven ability to independently exercise sound judgment, and take initiative to anticipate VPs needs
* Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with little supervision
* Capable of building strong relationships with other individuals and across business units in order to accomplish tasks and achieve goals
* Outstanding planning and organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail; very high degree of flexibility and adaptability
* Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment and confidently interface with executive-level contacts inside and outside the company
Basic Qualifications:
* 3+ years relevant work experience supporting at the VP level or similar role
* Proficiency with MS Office Suite applications, including but not limited to: Outlook, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams
* Experience and knowledge with Concur and Workday preferred
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Strong personal values, i.e., personal integrity and acting in good faith
* Able to exercise good judgment and be a collaborative team player
* Must be agile and flexible with strong organizational and prioritization skills
* A Bachelors Degree or equivalent preferred (but not required)
