Responsibilitiesn
As an Investment and Product Proposal Analyst in our Retirement and Income Solutions (RIS) Product Management area, youu2019ll analyze incoming Request for Proposals (RFPs) for our new and existing clients! You could be working with a variety of asset sizes ranging from medium to large size clients along with all pillars in our RIS business (Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, Non-Qualified and Employee Stock Option Plans)! In this role youu2019ll get to think big picture about our business while still learning many of the ins and outs of each product pillar and their business partners.

* Consult on questionnaires to best position ourselves holistically to our advisor base and new /existing clients. n
* Coordinate, develop/ write, and disperse our response to the RFP on a variety of information topics such as information about Principal, specific retirement plan services, investment options, fees, and much more.n
* Work closely with our field partners (including Institutional Managing Directors, Vice President or Director of Sales, Relationship Managers) along with our SMEu2019s/ experts across the company to create customized client focused responses.n
* Provide coaching/mentoring/training within the department to ensure the understanding of new products, services, and investments.n
* Look at innovative ways to enhance current processes and procedures to align positively with business strategy and team developmentnn

Qualificationsn
Weu2019re looking for someone with:nn
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experiencen
* 4+ years related experience requiredn
* Strong writing skillsnn

* Must have the ability to work independently and as a team member to meet strict timing deadlines.n

Experience with the following is preferred:nn
