We are one of the premier institutional investors in the renewable energy space, with a portfolio totaling approximately $4.0 billion of investments across wind, solar, hydroelectric and geothermal projects and a total power portfolio of approximately $10 billion. We invest across the capital structure, including senior debt (construction and term), back-leverage, mezzanine debt and structured equity. Many of our analysts move on to attend top business schools and have received a variety of opportunities within the industry at the close of the three-year Investment Analyst program.

As a Power & Renewables Investment Analyst, you would work on a small deal team responsible for underwriting, portfolio monitoring and marketing, where each member makes an integral contribution to the business, while gaining exposure to renewable power and utilities from large, public companies to smaller, privately-held companies. You will learn investing in senior debt, subordinated debt and structured equity. You will have direct interaction with senior management and be an important part of our team. Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree or enrolled in an accredited bachelors program graduating in Spring 2021; coursework in finance, accounting, economics or a related field is preferred
* Strong analytical, writing, interpersonal and communication skills
* Familiarity with the capital markets (knowledge of debt and equity security terms and valuation methodologies) is a plus
* Minimum 3.0 GPA
