What youll be doing

The Senior Manager, Campus Recruiting for Tableau is responsible for strategy, planning, coordination, development and execution of Tableaus global campus program. This will include the overall strategy of the campus program, planning career fairs and campus events, development of university partnerships, working with Tableau leadership and finance to align on hiring demand, and creating and executing the campus D&I strategy. This role will own the growth of Tableaus internship and campus hiring for permanent roles.

Some of the things you'll be doing include...

* Develop the strategy for Tableaus campus recruiting program enabling the company to hire key talent for permanent and internship opportunities.

* Plan and manage all campus activity including career fairs, tech talks, onsite visits, etc.

* Manage and scale Tableaus internship program: working with hiring managers and business leaders to ensure interns are working on meaningful, challenging projects.

* Plan and staff all campus activity details and logistics, including working with Tableau Recruiters regarding event follow up.

* Partner with Tableaus marketing team to develop campus branding campaigns and nurturing journeys for candidates pre and post offer acceptance. Execute on ordering materials as needed for all campus activities.

* Build and track against a budget for all campus activity.

* Track ROI on campus activity to help with future decision-making in growth and direction of Tableaus campus program.

* Provide regular data driven updates to business partners on hiring progress.

* Ensure alignment with Salesforce partners on programs and best practices

* Educated. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

* Experienced. 7+ years of experience working on a recruiting team for a fast-paced, growing technology company. 5+ years campus recruiting experience
