Uniquely positioned at the center of The Walt Disney Company, the forward-thinkers within this particular Financial Systems team are responsible for supporting The Walt Disney Companys Enterprise Source to Pay (Sourcing, Procurement, Payment, and Reporting) value stream through the pursuit of new ideas and technologies that drive business value.

We provide this support by partnering with internal stakeholders and key suppliers to help define the strategic vision, enabling partners to accomplish goals and objectives of Corporate and business unit stakeholders and support the execution day to day activities in the Source to Pay (STP) work stream. An opportunity exists to support this dynamic organization as a Financial Systems Manager within Disney Financial Systems. This role can be based in Celebration, FL or Glendale, CA.

The Financial Systems Manager will have responsibility for leading a team of three to five Analysts and Senior Analysts. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in SAP and in finance system implementations at a Corporate, Segment or Business Unit level, with heightened focus on the DPEP segment. The support provided by this team includes STP Master Data (i.e., Company Code/Plant configuration, taxonomy support, etc.). This candidate should be familiar with current business analytics and finance process best practices and be able to work with various entities to ensure financial integrity and controls while also partnering closely with clients to achieve best practice solutions and efficiencies. Knowledge of Disneys supply chain processes is a plus. Additional projects will be assigned based on business requirements.

This person will report to the Manager, Financial Systems for Procure to Pay.
Basic Qualifications:

* Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated high-level professional knowledge and skills in finance and/or supply chain systems and processes
* Minimum of 2 years experience leading change management efforts at varying levels of an organization
* Minimum of 2 years SAP ERP experience
* Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision
* Experience using the Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Experience embracing and leading others through change
* Demonstrated multi-tasking and project management skills to manage workload from logistics to strategic efforts, while adhering to deadlines with high-quality results
* Experience creating and delivering presentations using PowerPoint
* Ability to develop a logical and persuasive approach and outline for a customers and or leaders
* High level energy, self-direction and motivation
* Demonstrated ability to build credibility with internal clients and to navigate matrixed organizational structures

Preferred Qualifications:

* 5 years experience using/supporting Ariba or SAP MM and FICO modules
* Experience working for large company and within a matrix organization
* 2 years Segment specific experience supporting Sourcing, Procurement, and/or Accounts Payable business requirements
* 2 years experience working in Financial Systems
* Formal process improvement, project management or business analysis accreditation (e.g. LEAN Six Sigma, Black/Green Belt, PMP, TQM or similar)
* CPA or CMA license, or equivalent
* Experience using Business Warehouse, Business Objects Analysis, Tableau, Cognos or other business intelligence reporting tools
* Ability to demonstrate a strong business acumen
* Experience using systems designed to manage issues, changes and testing (e.g. Service Manager, Rational Team Concert, ALM)
