Job Description
Duties: Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment in the feed mill. Must be willing to learn the feed production process and the flow of feed from receiving to load out. Maintain quality and efficiency of machinery during operations, by ensuring machine is operating as expected. Monitor and prevent issues that can cause downtime including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be willing to use hand tools. Must be willing to work with little supervision. Must be willing to climb on tall structures. Must be willing to be on call 24 hours per day/7 days per week. Must be able to do light welding, pipe fitting, and electrical work. Must be willing to meet the physical demands of the job Must follow all company safety and personal hygiene policies Must maintain a good attendance record Must not have been awarded a job in the last six months, unless posted job is of higher class
