SUMMARY: Ability to interpret accurately for any management or personnel staff. Must be able to interpret for any team members who are non- English speaking. Ability to interpret documents accurately from English to TBA or Vis versa. Must be able to assist the dispensary staff with physicals and doctor appointments including interpretation for any none English-speaking team members at the doctor s office. Any other tasks or miscellaneous duties deemed appropriate by the supervisor. REQUIREMENTS: Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience: 100 bilingual English TBA Good general knowledge of the production areas and management personnel. Skilled in accurate interpretation. Must be able to communicate translate effectively in verbal and written format English TBA and translate written documents. Confidentiality is a must. Computer Skills: Basic PC skills preferred. Primarily Microsoft Windows XP Professional programs such as Excel Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office programs. Communication Skills: Must be capable of communicating well both verbally and in writing with all levels of team members from hourly to upper management as well as government officials. Special Skills: Ability to drive a company vehicle. Must carry a valid driver s license. Class D Chauffeurs License is preferred Excellent people skills and a willingness to assist as needed. Ability to work under little supervision. Other Requirements: Good attendance safety and all-around work record. See requirements below You must not have more than a minimum attendance level of 6 points. You must not have received a written warning within the last 6 months.
