As a Business Analyst Consultant, you will help rewrite the future of the health care system. You'll analyze data and deliver bold, business-savvy ideas to impact the lives of millions.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Analyze, review, forecast and trend complex data, reviewing the analysis and interpretation of others' work
* Develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes
* Support short- and long-term operational/strategic business activities through analysis

Required Qualifications:

* Undergraduate degree
* 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst
* 3+ years' experience working with relational databases & database structures (such as SQL or Oracle)
* 2+ years' experience developing in Business Intelligence / Visualization software (preferably Tableau or Power BI)
* 1+ years' experience using data manipulation software such as Alteryx or SSIS
* Intermediate+ level of proficiency creating Sql queries
* Intermediate+ level of proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
* If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener. Employees must comply with any state and local masking orders. Preferred Qualifications:

* Tableau certification
* Healthcare industry experience, ideally with claims data and case management data

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $79,700 to $142,600.
