The Corporate Information Services Department is seeking a dynamic and talented Project Manager - Behavioral Health Information Services

The Project Manager - Behavioral Health Information Services serves as the IS Support link between the facility and corporate. Performs general administrative tasks that help to ensure the smooth function of the computer systems. Responsible for oversight of all IS requirements and needs of Behavioral Health facilities within their region. Works with UHS Corp IS staff to plan, direct, and coordinate IS activities within their region. Is the subject matter expert for IS related functions, both technical and non-technical. Works closely with Corp IS teams to follow and adhere to company standards, policies and procedures and be the IS liaison between the facilities and corporate IS. Builds and strengthens relationships between facility leadership and Corp IS. Interviews, onboards, and trains Facility IS technicians and coordinates support for the facilities that are without qualified IS staff. Assists facility IS with managing end user support issues and ensure Corporate SLAs are met. Oversees hardwaresoftware inventory, facility IS budget planning and purchasing guidelines. Assists with facility expansion projects and new builds

Key Responsibilities include:

* Management and oversite of facility needs within region:
* Scheduled travel to each site within region
* Creates and maintains documentation and reports
* Supports and adheres to company IS standards, policies and procedures
* Assists with project management
* Ensures comprehensive IS Incident Response (IR) process is in place for each facility, Documentation of non-standard applications and hardware for each facility.
* Assists facility with managing corporate IS projects
* Assists facility IS with managing end user support issues

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

Required:

* Bachelor's degree required
* 8-10 years of relevant experience required
* Proven communication and organizational skills
* Demonstrated experience building and maintaining relationships
* Demonstrated experience managing competing priorities
* Ability to demonstrate critical thinking
* Demonstrated experience managing projects
* Detailed knowledge of local facility's infrastructure (i.e. network diagrams, locally supported applications, etc.) and a general understanding of facility operations
* Substantial experience troubleshooting/deploying Windows operating systems hardware
* Thorough knowledge of Enterprise Networks
* Strong working knowledge of Active Directory
* Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

* Experience performing information services in a healthcare environment
* Experience compiling and updating reports
* Successful goal setting and prioritizing of multiple tasks/projects
* Experience mentoring/training personnel
* Experience in a large distributed organization
* Assist facilities to determine, develop and implement information technology goals
* Detailed knowledge of local facility's infrastructure (i.e. network diagrams, locally supported applications, etc.) and a general understanding of facility operations
* Assist facility IS with managing end user support issues and ensure Corporate SLAs are met

Travel Requirements: 50-75% to all facilities within region
