Lets talk about the role!
You will Provide administrative and project support to the Vice President, Global Marketing and the Vice President, Global Footwear Design. This position involves work of a confidential and complex nature requiring considerable discretion and judgment.
Your Key Responsibilities will be:
-Coordinates departmental meetings and schedules on behalf of VPs and leadership team. Plans events, including off-site large-scale meetings. Acts as liaison to internal and external customers.
-Creates, builds and edits key business presentations. Assists with special projects and assignments such as research, data gathering and dissemination.
-Manages travel arrangements including creating itineraries, tracking, and processing subsequent expense reports.
-Performs various administrative support tasks such as responding to and preparing correspondence, filing, faxing, and sorting and prioritizing mail and phone messages. Other duties as needed.
-Manages department budgets, generates purchase orders, processes invoices, inventory, and supply requests. Assists the department associates with training and general direction on internal systems such as travel and expense management.
-Supports additional team projects as necessary acts as a liaison to coordinate data from multiple areas within the company.

In addition to being a self-starter, highly organized and able to work well with individuals at all levels, as the ideal candidate, you will have:
* 5+ years of executive/administrative support experience
* Associates degree or equivalent and related experience
* The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
* Organization and prioritization
* Service mindset: proactive and anticipatory
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Detail-oriented with ability to work independently
* High level of integrity and professionalism
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
* Strong computer skills using MS Office
