Enterprise Risk, Regulatory & Audit currently has an opening for a Business Initiatives Consultant 3 (BIC 3) on the Regulatory Implementation team to support Legal s deliverables for a new enterprise project led by Compliance.
In this role, the BIC will support efforts globally (e.g., EMEA and APAC) and should be proficient at streamlining connectivity across multiple pieces of work that align with the same strategy. The successful candidate will be familiar with process design efforts, flexible to work with varying audiences and balance competing priorities. Some efforts will center on material production for presentations, completing various analysis of quantitative data points, and comfort with managing budgets or working with numbers.
The successful candidate must be a quick learner, organized multi-tasker, and have excellent communication skills. An ambitious self-starter personality would work best.
Responsible for leadership of cross functional/virtual teams to strategize, plan and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives.
Examples might include, but are not limited to:
* finance/operational/executive management review coordination
* process improvement and redesign,
* change management initiatives,
* general program oversight.
Required Qualifications
* 2+ years of compliance and regulatory systems experience
* 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning
Desired Qualifications
* Experience managing communications and documentation projects
* Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting and SharePoint) skills
Other Desired Qualifications
* Regulatory Agencies Manage multiple legal & compliance programs and prepare required documentation for regulatory agencies.
* Risk Management Provide vision, leadership, and oversight management regarding risk management.
* Compliance Lead and support process improvement projects, compliance investigations, and audits to successful conclusions.
* Internal Audit- Design and perform internal audits, coordinate external audits, created documentation, and assist with risk assessment.
* Ability to manipulate large swaths of data, qualitative and quantitative, complete analysis, synthesize data to identify patterns/trends and manage the flow of data to/from various stake holders.
* Knowledge and understanding of creating, maintaining, and updating SharePoint content.
