How will you make an impact?

As a Dedicated Sales Support Specialist, you will contribute to customer's satisfaction and take care of meeting customer2019s needs. You will impact customer satisfaction directly by meeting or exceeding customer's expectations in all contacts with the Service Operations team. Additionally, you will impact the Company's achievement of sales and service plan and forecast by ensuring the timely and accurate processing of orders, contracts, service calls etc.

What will you do?

* Liaison between sales/customer and all relevant internal teams (Triage, Ecom, B2B, CAM, product management, tech support, customs, credit & collections, service, price maintenance, inter-divisional, etc.)
* Quote and Order research and resolution, Order Entry
* Open Order Management
* Assume full ownership and accountability of the admin functions listed below for a set group of BID sales teams

How will you get here?

Education:

* High School Diploma Required
* Bachelor2019s degree is preferred in Business Administration or a scientific discipline.

Experience

* 2 years of related customer service experience with order entry systems and processes experiences required.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

* Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
* Must demonstrate the ability to identify and solve problems, and to multi-task under deadlines.
* Must have a working knowledge of personal computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
