Supply Chain Coordinator
The Supply Chain Coordinator plays a key role to aid the visibility and action plans to deliver our orders 201COn Time, and In Full201D (OTIF). This role works closely with cross functional teams including Receiving, Material Handling, Quality, Procurement, Operations and Planning to ensure that our internal supply chain delivers on our customer promises.
Reporting to the Supply Planning Organization, the Supply Chain Coordinator has responsibility for prioritizing and coordinating activities relating to OTIF deliveries, including prioritization for incoming quality control testing, material availability for planning, and expedite needs for Procurement/Sourcing. This role will lead and organize meetings with cross functional teams to improve OTIF results within the organization.
Essential Functions
Maintain OTIF metric dashboards, data sets, and related messaging materials
Lead OTIF Meetings to drive actions to prevent misses
Coordinate Cross Functional teams to deliver on actions to improve OTIF goals
Complete special projects as assigned and provide manager support as required.
Manage 201CRoot Cause and Corrective Action201D (RCCM) process to support production needs
Data gathering and analysis
This position may be required to perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.
Education:
Requires a bachelor2019s degree in the sciences, business, or engineering, or equivalent work experience.
Experience/Requirements:
E1 and/or SAP working knowledge is preferred. MRP knowledge and ERP experience in a manufacturing environment.
Computer proficiency required in Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, and Word.
Knowledge of business concepts/principles (terms and conditions, transportation, accounting) required.
Basic knowledge of supply chain programs (Consignment, JIT, VMI)
ISO or equivalent system and change control (FDA, cGMP) experience required.
Organization process knowledge desired.
