Summary:
Site representative responsible for Wesco Integrated Supply , a 3rd party contractor that provides MRO / Tool Crib management for the site. Site representative / system owner for Maximo (CMMS). Carries out management of facilities related projects including estimating costs, sourcing, identifying, specifying, purchasing and installing equipment, design/modification of existing or new facilities, commissioning and qualification of equipment, utilities and facilities to meet site/company requirements.

Essential Functions:
1. Oversees day to day issues within the Wesco site operation. Drives continuous improvement activities with the Wesco site and project teams.
2. Site level representative for Maximo (CMMS). Acts as site level SME for Maximo system issues and continuous improvement projects.
3. Assists Facilities Supervisor with the management and day to day activities for all 3rd party contractors supporting the facility (landscaping, uniforms, pest control, HEPA filters, HVAC, etc.).
4. Manages the process of installing and commissioning equipment and/or modifying facilities to meet site customer and company client requirements with minimal interruption to operational schedules, ensuring good engineering practices are adhered to for the construction, installation and commissioning of new facilities and related equipment.
a. Monitors progress and assures all assigned projects are being completed as intended, on time and within budget.
b. Develops and presents recommended project solutions along with realistic cost estimates to internal clients. Makes appropriate changes to the scope as the scope changes during the course of the project.
c. Develops, reviews, and understands engineering drawings that include equipment recommendations. Specifies construction methods to achieve the desired objectives.

d. Develops, reviews & understands specifications for new facility equipment with vendors and site customers.

e. Develops, reviews & executes utility change control documentation and commissioning documentation as required.

f. Continually monitors the contractors2019 safety performance and promptly rectify any safety violations that occur.

Education:
Bachelor2019s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering or related discipline preferred, but not required.

Experience:
1-3 years of previous experience in a mechanical or electrical field and general knowledge of a manufacturing facility.

1+ years of Maximo work experience is required. Applicant must have more than a general working knowledge of Maximo.

Previous pharmaceutical experience is preferred.

Equivalency:
Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience will be considered.

Physical Requirements:
Position requires ordinary ambulatory skills and physical coordination sufficient to move about office locations; ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch periodically for prolonged periods of time; manipulation (lift, carry, move, push) of light to medium weights of 10-35 pounds; arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp and type for prolonged periods of time; visual acuity to use a keyboard, computer monitor, operate equipment, and read materials for prolonged periods of time; ability to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear for prolonged periods of time.
