The Retail Marketing Coordinator will provide overall support for National Retail Marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions and customer-specific programs. The position will support the planning and implementation of direct-to-consumer marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
* Create and update promotional marketing presentation documents
* Compile planning documents & materials
* Manage national campaign creative to obtain appropriate signoffs from Marketing team and other cross-functional partners
* Proofread creative and versions for consistency in messaging and layouts
* Support the preparation of creative briefs for national retail marketing campaigns, partnering with Director of Retail Marketing
* Request barcodes for national retail marketing campaigns and, upon receipt, notify or route to the necessary marketing and studio partners, ensuring accuracy in the requests and the associated offers
* Provide details of national marketing activities to Store Integration for communication to field
* Log and submit approved national marketing invoices for payment
* Support Director of Retail Marketing with budget tracking
* Gather and share competitive samples, research, and data regularly
* Strong understanding and execution of brand standards and guidelines
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree; Marketing or Business degree, a plus
* 1-3 years of marketing experience, agency or equivalent experience preferred
* Strong interpersonal skills; positive, energetic and open-minded
* Extraordinary attention to detail and organizational skills
* Flexibility to adjust quickly to changes and deliver on tight deadlines
* Must be proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency
* Retail experiences or other direct marketing experiences desired
* Desire to contribute and learn
* Proactive and excellent relationship-building skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Proficiency in Workfront: Online Work Management Software a plus
* Ability to work in fluid environment with changing priorities. Ability to meet deadlines and support multiple, concurrent projects
