What you will do
Strykers QMS team is looking for Senior Manager for the Americas West region. This role is a QMS lead for multiple Stryker sites and requires a team focused, improvement minded candidate who can develop talent and prioritize solutions across out businesses.
As a Senior Manager West you will work within the QMS structure, with responsibility to ensure an effective and efficient quality management system is built and maintained, which includes, but not limited to the following:
* Sr. QMS/CAPA Manager overseeing the Americas West Region CAPA specialists and QMS teams.
* Has responsibility for delivering the strategic, compliance and quality objectives of the region, with primary responsibility in developing & leading all CAPA specialists across multiple sites in the region and the Document Control, Change Management, Quality Management Systems (where QMS does not sit with Division).
* Broad influence and exposure to multiple sites and franchises (SSS, Endo, Medical, NV franchises and Acquisition sites) in the Americas West region.
* Key leader on the West Region Leadership Team driving quality objectives, KPI performance, leading CRB forums and enabling Quality Plan success.
* Seasoned people leader who can effectively manage remote teams across several sites and partner with site QA leaders to drive Quality Vision forward.
* Has responsibility for NC/CAPA and QMS teams by setting strategic direction, clear objectives and expectations. Ensure development of talent and a sustained high level of engagement.
What you need
* Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science or related discipline required
* Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in a regulated industry required
* Highly preferred minimum of 6 years experience and a proven track record of successfully creating and managing highly talented, engaged, and performing teams preferred with multi-site responsibility
* Prior project management and leadership skills as well as have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are highly preferred.
