This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

* Managing projects according to defined Project Management policies, guidelines, programs, and standards
* Delivering on all critical phase gates of a program including but not limited to quality deliverables
* You will ensure project definition, controlling, and reporting towards management

This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers

* You have a bachelors degree in business or engineering, ideally MBA/ MSC with 2-5 years of experience in IVD and/or SCM.
* You are advanced in Project Management and support of Leadership Teams as well as Subject Matter Experts.
* You have several years of leadership experience in projects, its strategic analyses and development, with a strong ability to tailor communication and influencing styles in line with the business environment.
* Ability to establish & develop highly collaborative functional business relationships.
* You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
* You have very good presentation skills in the management environment and you show team orientation, communication skills and business orientation

Required skills to have for the success of this role

* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
* Minimum of 2-5 years Project Management experience; including experience in a IVD industry
* Advanced Statistics and Data Analytics skills
* Experience with Customer Service and R&D is preferred
* Willing to travel up to 10%
