What Youll Do:

As a Lead UX Designer you will you lead the design of online solutions for business and consumer customers, engage with customers to know them more deeply, and collaborate with other designers to build holistic experiences. You'll be part of a centralized design & research team and will partner with others in software development and product leadership to bring those solutions to life.

Customer Advocacy - Consistently focuses attention on the user problem to be solved and helps other collaborators to align on customer/user problems. Seeks input from others but guides cross-functional team to final alignment.
Strategic Design Decisioning - Demonstrates ability to explore multiple, divergent solutions to a given problem; can offer variations that solve the problem given variety of constraints in technology, system or business. Can help others understand when constraints are in conflict with user needs.
Asset Development and Production - Quickly develops assets to express outcomes of research or collaboration (such as a summary document or presentation) or design (ranging from wireframes to diagrams to high-fidelity mockups or no-code prototypes as needed). Upholds appropriate use of components, usability of interaction design, and maintains clean document management. Is able to articulate intended design specification, including technical considerations that impact the UX.
Facilitation Techniques - Facilitates formal and informal techniques for alignment on problems, opportunities, solutions, and prioritization of work with cross-discipline groups. Experiments with practices to find the right set of tools for their projects and team. Seeks support from others as needed.
Research Methodologies - Swiftly able to articulate validation needs and produce basic, unbiased research methods to validate design work. Able to effectively use and align to generative research. Able to identify gaps in knowledge and articulate the risk to any project due to gaps.
Tool Mastery - Utilizes modern wire-framing and design tools (such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc) with ease and can adapt to tool changes as appropriate. Leverages efficiency of tools to ensure work can be produced at scale and has life beyond the due date.

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science/Engineering or Equivalent Experience
6+ years of previous relevant experience in Web and mobile UX Design, Interaction design, service design, visual design, UX writing, voice design
Skills and Ability:
Builds collaborative relationships
Makes decisions using analytical thinking
Has relentless focus on customers; engages with them directly to bring their needs to the center of the design and build process.
Has impeccable attention to detail, from problem statement to pixels
Leverages modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, etc) efficiently both for delivery and collaboration
