What's the role?
The Assistant Director of Reporting Solutions is responsible for devising the Contact Center & Back-Office data strategy as well as working closely with leaders and engineers within the Core Data Team and the Data Science & Analytics Team on the centralization of the data ecosystem. With this strategy, the Reporting Solutions Assistant Director will be working across the organization and with VPs on developing departmental operating metrics, developing goals, implementing a unified scorecard strategy for our front-line Service Center staff, and collaborating with Learning Strategy & Execution on mapping behaviors and findings to devise a comprehensive performance management environment.

This individual must have passion for generating insights that informs real-world business decisions. As a key member of the Client Advocacy Leadership Team and a meaningful advisor to VPs in the operation, the candidate will balance an ability to advance the organizations data literacy and technical skills with an ability to transform the culture to a data driven environment. Incorporated in this transformation must be an understanding culture and the ability to collaboratively drive behaviors and outcomes using the right data.
Primary Responsibilities
* Partner with internal business partners and leaders across the organization to understand current and future analytical and reporting goals, and deliver data-driven scalable reporting solutions to drive strategic and tactical decisions
* Lead the strategy and redesign of reporting and scorecard management for Client Advocacy
* Use understanding of leadership to drive positive behaviors and outcomes using data to tell the story.
* Drive innovation across all reporting responsibilities resulting in efficiencies and additional insights to drive decision making
* Collaborate cross functionally with business partners and Data Strategy to help prioritize data management requests and handle assignments of teams across multiple capabilities and tools
* Provide thought leadership and act as an authority in the design and recommendation of appropriate reporting and scorecard solutions
* Own the development of tools, models, and scalable user-friendly capabilities like dashboards, data visualizations, and decision aids to support the business
* Stay ahead of with data analytics, reporting techniques and technologies
* Accountable for the design, refinement and execution of reporting using a variety of systems, processes and metrics to ensure that timely, accurate and informative information is available
* Lead and mentor a team of reporting analysts
Bring your best! What this role needs:
* Bachelors Degree required in CS, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or related technical field
* 7-10 years of reporting and/or scorecard management experience, with at least 5 years in a management role, involving the development and deployment of reporting tools
* Passionate about quality, reporting perfection, and constructing a self-service reporting environment
* Extensive experience working with large-scale data sets and translating them into actions
* Sophisticated confirmed understanding of SQL and Data Visualization tools such as Tableau & PowerBI
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach; ability to measure the impact of project work
* Excellent communicator in both written and in-person partnerships
* Able to work multi-functionally and to run multiple exciting tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with end-to-end data management, including working with a variety of source platforms and formats as well as extracting, redefining, and loading data to platforms accessible by end users
Preferred Qualifications
* 5+ of Service Center experience including both call center and non-customer facing work
* Advanced Excel, Tableau, SQL, and PowerBI skills
* Experience with modeling data and writing query language scripts in relational databases, preferably SQL Server
* Great teammate and confirmed ability to work with other disciplines across departments
* Strategic problem solver, able to quickly grasp complex issues
* Ability to get results in a matrixed organization
