Executive Communications Support Associate
News Corp, a global media and information services company, is looking for an Executive Communications Support Associate to join our Transformation Change Management Team!
This individual will be an integral member of the Transformation Change Management Team (CMT) and will have experience with executive and organizational communications with internal audiences. . The Executive Communications Support Associate will be tasked with working with the Executive Communications Lead, CMT colleagues, functional transformation team members and business stakeholders to assist with the development and execution of an executive communication plan for the transformation programs executive / c-suite audiences. This includes collaborating with constituents on the collection of data and information, synthesis and translation of such into executive and business friendly messaging and communication collateral.

Job Responsibilities:
* Supports the Executive Communications Lead with developing, maintaining and executing the Executive Communication Plan. Includes proactively managing timelines for upcoming executive communication and engagement to ensure program teams have sufficient time to contribute and vet.
* Collaborates with CMT to integrate executive communication activities and deliverables into the transformation programs overall Communication Plan
* Assists Executive Communications Lead in developing engaging communications for use across a wide variety of channels email, in person/digital town halls, intranets, video, etc.
* Ensures that all design and content is in line with both program and corporate communication guidelines
* Coordinates and prepares executive level visualizations of data and information
* Assist with CMT team projects, as needed
* Quickly adapt to changes in team priorities and work under tight deadlines
Required & Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field required
* 5+ years of Business and or Communications experience preferred
* Possess good judgement and discretion when working with sensitive and confidential information and data
* Exceptional PowerPoint skills for presentation creation; Proficiency in Excel and Word. G-Suite (Google slides, docs, sheets) preferred.
* Ability work collaboratively within a team and have strong influencing skills
* Must be able to manage multiple priorities and complex tasks in a dynamic work environment
* Must be skilled in analytical techniques, practices and problem solving
* Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, at all levels including customers, vendors, peers, business stakeholders and management require
* Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
* Detail oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills
