POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility of the M life Rewards Representative is to provide service to guests at the M life Rewards desk, including promoting and enrolling them in the M life Rewards program, conducting redemption and transactions of M life promotions, and answering questions about M life or the property. All duties are to be performed in accordance with department and property policies, practices and procedures.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist guests with all requests, answers questions about M life and GameSense and address guest problems in a professional and timely manner
* Explain the M life Rewards program in detail, enroll guests in M life, and redeem guests points or offers
* Understand principles of responsible gaming and ensure consistent promotion of GameSense to all guests
* Manage member account information in the database system and issue M life Rewards cards
* Promote the M life Rewards Mastercard by explaining rewards and benefits to members, accept M life Rewards Mastercard applications, and issue cards to approved members adhering to all applicable procedures
* Perform other job-related duties as requested
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
* Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
* Able to lead and mentor a team
* Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
PREFERRED:
* One (1) year of customer service experience
* Knowledgeable of Player Tracker systems
* Bilingual
