FIS Management Services, LLC seeks a Software Engineer Senior in Atlanta, GA, to conduct software application development, including working on the development of standards, processes, and the reduction of overall maintenance cost. Acknowledge and respond to newly reported software issues within SLA commitments for customers and assigned tickets. Define and coordinate technical tasks & issues for the production development team for onshore as well offshore team. Provide root cause analysis (RCA) for issues in production and analyze, debug, fix and coordinate critical production support issues. Manage activities from the conceptualization to the execution stages including finalization of technical specifications, material and inventory control, scheduling, progress monitoring, and quality assurance. Actively communicate and interact with clients. Participate and facilitate the development, full configuration and operations, and maintenance of multiple, concurrent development projects, including primary responsibility for task assignment, definition and documentation. Ensure design and code quality through technical reviews. Work collaboratively with the end client to assess needs, provide assistance, resolve problems, manage and meet expectations and commit to providing quality products and services. REQUIREMENTS: Bacheloru2019s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: working in Electronic Payment & Banking domain; utilizing multiple Payment applications, including SWIFT, Faster Payments, International Remittance,u00A0 Real Time Payments, and Core Banking Integration Services; developing distributed applications using Java Technologies; performing troubleshooting, root cause analysis, resolution and technical design documentation; utilizing using Business Process Execution Language (BPEL) & Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN); working with relational Database Systems including MS SQL Server, Oracle, IBM DB2; utilizing Java technologies includingu00A0 Struts, Spring, Hibernate, Java Script, REST, SOAP;u00A0 utilizing test frameworks including Goldfish and Cucumber; creating, testing and deploying web services; writing and executing complex SQL queries; deploying distributed application in IBM Web Sphere server; utilizing Unified Modeling Language (UML); creating UML diagrams including Class, Activity and Sequence diagram; understanding and resolving Ethical Hacking or Security Vulnerabilities issues; writing Shell and Windows script; coordinating work for globally dispersed team members supporting Client Projects/Products; supporting regression, performance, security, certification, performing architecture pattern, design pattern, database architecture and refactoring; and working with distributed Agile team. Telecommuting and/or working from home is permissible. 5% travel is required to various and unanticipated FIS Management Services, LCC offices and client sites nationally.
