What You Will Be Doing

You will be developing innovative financial solutions that provide continuous improvement and modernization of company products. * Designing solutions, writing code, testing code, automating test and deployment.
* Adopting and mastering multiple programming languages and technologies
* Managing individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
* Delivering software components by working in collaboration with product and design teams.
* Partnering with other technology teams to ensure integrated end-to-end design and integration.
* Following existing process guidelines; drives new processes, guidelines, team rules, and best practices.

**FIS has a diverse technical environment with opportunities to work in Java, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, full stack JavaScript (Node.JS on the backend), C, C++, C, COBOL and Python.**

**Technical environment will be determined given the business need and individual strengths and interests**

What You Bring

* Bacheloru2019s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Science
* Willingness and ability to learn, master, and work in both new and older technologies
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization
* Passion for tinkering and technology -Amazon Echo, Arduino and IoT, AR/VR, Creative Coding; you like hackathons and innovation sprints!
* Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsive to internal and external clients and contacts

Added Bonus If You Have

* Academic, internship or professional experience in one or more programming languages
* Foundational knowledge of networking, computing platform, storage, database, security, middleware, network and systems management, and related infrastructure technologies and practices.
