Facebook is looking for a Head of Channel Marketing, Infrastructure for its Small & Medium Business Channel Marketing team who is passionate about marketing and sales technology with a data centric approach.
What makes a good candidate? Someone who has breadth and depth of experience working across marketing and sales automation tools - who understands the balance and trade-offs between the short term and long term. You will oversee a team of world-class employees with diverse backgrounds.
The role requires you shape the technology we use to launch, optimize and scale global demand generation marketing campaigns across our products. These campaigns rely on an omnichannel marketing strategy which is continually evolving. You must become a trusted, strategic partner to stakeholders by communicating the priorities, balancing trade-offs and seeking new and better ways to do things. You must be a data expert, but also know when to trust your gut. You must contribute to design and strategic discussions and be an overall expert in the relationship between engineering, marketing and product.

Head of Channel Marketing, Infrastructure (Small Business) Responsibilities
* Build and manage high-performing team in a cross functional heavy, analytical minded, operations organization
* Independently manage day-to-day activities and complex situations. Identify problems and solutions around escalations
* Set clear expectations and goals for direct reports and collective team while holding individuals and team accountable for success
* Develop domain expertise across our internal tools, and work closely with partners across Channel Marketing, Engineering and Data Science
* Identify and prioritize short-term and long-term product roadmap that delivers against the organization's needs
* Partner with the recruiting organization to build diverse teams and inclusive environments
* Provide clear, actionable feedback and support to develop and grow individuals
* Resource Allocation - ensure we are always focusing on the highest priority things, focusing both on the short term needs as well as looking ahead to the next big challenge
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience conducting research with meaningful business impact
* 12+ years of experience with multi-channel marketing, enterprise sales or marketing automation platforms
* 3+ years of experience directly managing, coaching and developing people
* Experience synthesizing complex business needs into simple, powerful stories
* Project management and prioritization experience including goal establishment, action planning, risk management, milestone/action tracking, progress reporting and communications
* Experience using data to inform decision making and improve results
* Experience building teams over time through hiring, growing, and retaining high-performing employees
* Track record of interpreting business needs and translating them into requirements
* Experience working with a variety of cross functional peers and stakeholders (e.g., product managers, data scientists, designers, engineers, policy, communications, marketing)
