The Collaboration Technology team is part of the Enterprise Engineering Operations organization and is responsible for enterprise collaboration applications, event production, and video conferencing operations. Within Collab Tech sits the Enterprise Productivity team bringing structure to innovation: including the XR Hub, the Collab Lab, and Business Intelligence. The XR Enterprise Service Program Manager is a new role expected to build a white-glove service that drives innovative first party technology into the enterprise with a tight dogfooding/feedback loop. Partner and work closely with the Facebook Reality Labs (FRL) organization to understand the maturity of the product development cycle and deliver internal-testing support. This role is the first Collab Tech position dedicated to dogfooding FRL products in the Enterprise, so this person must be comfortable building a new service in an ambiguous environment.
XR Enterprise Service Program Manager Responsibilities
* Connect with first party product development in the Facebook Reality Labs (FRL) organization by working with cross functional teams to build a dogfooding program tailored to the Facebook enterprise.
* Learn the industry of enterprise Collaboration Technology to determine and drive how first party XR technology fits into the existing suite of products & services.
* Work cross functionally within Collaboration Technology teams and across Facebook organizations to identify, test, and operationalize new FRL products to make the Enterprise more productive, collaborative and engaged.
* Drive the Collaboration Technology organization to pull consumer-focused technology and hardware into the enterprise setting.
* Funnel learnings back to the development teams in a consistent and digestible manner to continuously improve products.
* Identify and present relevant data on current product usage and problem areas to propose new opportunities to increase productivity, reduce complexity of toolsets, and reduce cost.
* Understand the pipeline of technology options across Oculus and future XR technologies for years of Enterprise integration.
Minimum Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience managing complex programs in large corporate environments.
* 5+ years experience working at the pace of technology companies.
* 5+ years experience driving innovation into an Organization.
Preferred Qualifications
* 3+ years experience building or leading a dogfooding-service for first party products.
* Experience with XR: Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Mixed Reality or Spatial Computing technology.
* Experience integrating technology into an Enterprise Organization.
* Experience building a service from scratch.
